By accessing or using the Solstice Labs website (solsticelabs.co.uk) and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or purchase our products.
2. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products accurately on the website. However, due to the nature of 3D printing and handmade assembly, minor cosmetic variations between units are normal and do not constitute a defect. Colours displayed on your screen may vary from the actual product. Product specifications, features, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in product information or pricing.
4. Pricing and Currency
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 5-10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions. Solstice Labs is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@solsticelabs.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Products returned due to buyer remorse must be in original, unused condition. Custom pre-configured devices may not be eligible for return unless defective. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, and software — is the property of Solstice Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written consent.
